Colt Model 1877 Lightning .41 caliber double action revolver, mfg. 1881, 5" barrel, two line address at top "Colt's PT F.A. Mfg Co., Hartford, Ct. U.S.A.," blade front sight, operating shell ejector, sighting groove at frame top, six round fluted cylinder, marked "130" at loading gate, three line patent dates at left frame, Colt black rubber logo grips, under left grip, butt frame, and back strap each marked with "4," the metal finish is mostly silver tone with rub and indent at left barrel near muzzle, grips are mostly smooth with defined logo, bore is bright with defined rifling and some light pitting, action is good, serial number matched at lower frame, front of trigger guard, and last three digits at back side of cylinder, SN 30602
