(lot of 2) Continental liturgical textiles, including: (1) architectural door surround, dyed silk with raised crewel embroidery framing floral and foliate motifs, brown lining fabric, scattered stable tears and staining, exterior: approx 60"l, 78"w, interior (measurement taken from highest point): approx 48"l, 46"w; (1) wall-hanging or banner, possibly a fragment of a cope vestment, with goldworked scrolling foliates and central crucifix executed in metal threads on red ground, applique and fringe trim with central tassel, some overall red thread losses, stable segment of fringe separation, approx 17.5"l, 17"w; 6lbs total  Provenance: The collection of Kathryn V.
