(lot of 2) German Model 1935 Helmets: (1) German WWII Steel Helmet, model 35, green, manufactured 1935-1940, retains the worn Army mark of the German eagle clutching a swastika, the helmet rim rolled to the inside, two side vent holes, the upper vent with raised bushing, the interior stamped "ET64", maker Eisehhuttenwerke, Thale, Germany, size 64, stamped at the interior back "1248" (the production or lot number", measurers approx. 6" x 11" x 9", 2.55lbs; (1) German Steel Helmet, model 35, the exterior in gloss black paint possibly for post war use by fire/police, no decals, helmet rim rolled to the inside, two side vents, the upper vent with raised bushing, the helmet interior stamped at the back "Q64" representing the manufacturer Quist of Esslingen, Germany and 64 representing the size, the interior also marked "M518" for the makers batch number, the interior also retaining the leather liner and stamped "57" within a circle for its size, for shipping each approx. 6" x 11" x 9", total approx. 5.55lbs
