(lot of 2) Ebonized wood mantel clocks, late 19th/ early 20th c., each accompanied by pendulum and key, including: (1) having crown-form crest, case with gilt-painted accents, white enameled dial with Roman numeral hour markers, time-and-strike movement marked Ansonia Clock Company, rising on stepped plinth, approx 14"h, 11.75"w, 5.25"d; (1) having architectural case with marbleized accents, printed dial with Arabic hour markers, time-and-strike movement marked Junghans, on bracket feet, lifting to printed dial, approx 14.5"h, 16.5"w, 5.25"d; both observed operating, would likely benefit from a professional adjustment to ensure accurate time keeping, 14.25lbs total
