French Napoleon III period portico clock, late 19th c., having triangular pediment, above repousse gilt-metal frame encasing white dial, with Roman numeral hour markers, time-and-strike movement marked Les Japy Fils, rising on Solomonic turned columns, ending on stepped platform, housed in a glass cloche/ dome, on ebonized base, accompanied by pendulum and key, small chip at back of crest, observed operating, would likely benefit from a professional inspection to ensure good time-keeping, clock: approx 21.25"h, 10.25"w, 5.5"d, overall: approx 25.5"h, 12"w, 8.25"d, 13.75lbs
