(lot of 4) Antique Military Bayonets: (2) French Model 1866 bayonets with 22.5" Yataghan blades, one marked at the spine Manufacture de Armes de St Etienne and dated 1870, the other marked "Etienne Juillet 1872",  numerous other marking at the ricasso and guard, a brass ribbed handle, housed in a steel scabbard, one scabbard and bayonet serial number matched, blade with scratching and dark spots, blade in scabbard 28"l; (1) French Model 1874 bayonet, the 29,5" straight blade marked at the spine Manufacture de Armes de St Etienne 1879, housed in a steel scabbard, overall approx. 26"l; (1) Model 1909 Argentina bayonet, the 15.75" blade marked at the ricasso "Modelo Argentino 1909 over the Argentina crest and B4943", the opposite ricasso marked "Wyersberg Kirschbaun & Co, Solingen", a wood handle and birdshead pommel stamped Argentine mark "RA", bayonet overall 20.5"l, housed in a steel serial number matched scabbard, sword blade with cosmoline, bayonet in scabbard 21.25"l, for shipping total of all 8.05lbs Provenance: Collection of T'Odon Charles (Chuck) Leshikar, Jr., (Texas,1946-2020), Vietnam, U.S. Army Lt. ,“Delta Raiders,” D Company, 2nd Battalion, 501st Airborne Infantry Regiment, later Echo Company commander, Silver Star, three Bronze Stars, Soldiers Medal, Purple Heart.
