Italian Black Powder Percussion rifle, .45 caliber, 28.75" octagonal barrel, blade front sight, wood and brass ramrod, adjustable rear sight, trigger and set trigger, hardwood stock with inset patch box lacking cover, cheek piece, brass trigger guard, curving brass butt plate, wood overall is very good, barrel overall with light rust, bore with rust, action is good with correct operating set trigger, overall approx. 45.5"l, 8.85lbs    Provenance: Collection of T'Odon Charles (Chuck) Leshikar, Jr., (Texas,1946-2020), Vietnam, U.S. Army Lt. ,“Delta Raiders,” D Company, 2nd Battalion, 501st Airborne Infantry Regiment, later Echo Company commander, Silver Star, three Bronze Stars, Soldiers Medal, Purple Heart.
