Remington Model 10 "Trench Gun", slide action, 23" round barrel with bayonet lug and wood heat shield, marked at left receiver "Remington, trade mark, Model 10, serial number", marked at left side barrel above slide bar and near receiver with matched serial number and inspection marks including "DX", "PW", "AW3C", any other barrel markings are obscured by the heat shield, hold down button on right receiver, two sling swivels with later sling, black "Remington UMC" butt plate, action good, metal mostly brown, scratching, wood with scratches and dents, bore smooth without dents, SN 2298XX *REQUIRES FFL TRANSFER* Note: serial number is out of the range of listed Trench Gun serial numbers.
