(lot of 4) Japanese fabric yukata and komon kimonos, varied materials and sizes, all likely made of cotton dobby or tsumugi/ silk pongee, including: (1) polychrome geometric Asanoha hemp leaf pattern, gradient silk lining the interior, retaining retail label with dimensions; (1) red and black "Ichimatsu" pattern, with silk or satin lined interior, button and tie closures, retaining retail tag marked Kanaiya; (1) red ground with geometric white patterning and Edo-toki landscapes, the interior partially lined in smooth filament white silk; (1) red, black, and metallic striped pattern, button closures; largest: shoulder seam: approx 22.5"w; sleeve: 19"l, 13.5"w; collar to hem: 60.5"l; 6.5lbs total Provenance: Fred Nevill Antiques, one of Houston Texas' foremost antiques stores PLEASE NOTE: All of the textiles in this auction would likely benefit from a professional cleaning.
