(lot of 2) American sterling silver bon bon bowls, including: (1) Reed and Barton, in the "Windsor" pattern, retailed by Cartier, with scalloped sides, hallmarked sterling X957 with maker's and retailer's marks underfoot, light denting to rim, approx 5.25"l, 4"w; (1) Randahl, having lobed sides, hallmarked sterling A54 with maker's mark underfoot, approx 5 5/8"diam; 6.53ozt total Provenance: The lifetime collection of Lynn Roth Jordan (Louisiana, Texas, 1943-2021). As an active member of the Austin Antiques Club for many years, Lynn was deeply embedded in the antiques community here in Austin. Her New Orleans upbringing in a family of collectors (many of the pieces come from her mother's estate), combined with her frequent trips to England, gave her a unique understanding of provenance, quality, and historical significance. The estate features an extensive array of English furniture alongside antique decorative objects, the kind of exceptional pieces that only reveal themselves to collectors who know where to look and what to seek.
