Lot description
Framed State of Texas Land Grant to Robert Atchison for land in Grayson County, signed at lower right by Elisha Pease, Governor of Texas, on the 22th of August, 1855, further signed by the Commissioner of the General Land office with seal of that office and the Texas seal, the back with recording information, the Pease signature is easily readable with other handwriting mostly faded, housed in two-sided glass frame allowing for inspection, folds and foxing, overall: approx 14"h, 18"w, 4.75lbs
