French Louis XVI style brass mantel clock, late 19th c., having urn-form finial, above stepped case with raised scrollwork motifs, central white enameled dial with Roman numeral hour markers, partially obliterated retailer's mark Thos. Reynoldson (Thomas Reynoldson, Hull, 19th c.), time-and-strike movement marked Japy Freres, with retailer's mark Hy. Marc (Henry Marc, Paris, 19th c.), rising on foliate-accented base and bun feet, accompanied by pendulum, not currently operational, approx 13"h, 8.5"w, 4.5"d, 8.25lbs
