(lot of 3)  U.S. Army Summer Pith or Cork Hats, c.1880's, marked sizes 7 and 7.1/4, one with a few brown spots on the exterior but overall in good condition in and out, lacks chin strap, a second hat in good structural condition but with more spots or stains and tears at green interior cloth, lacks chin strap, the third retains leather chin strap but damage to visor, stains, interior head top area with tears, for shipping largest measurements 8.75" x 12.25" x 8.75, total of all 1.20lbs    Provenance: Collection of T'Odon Charles (Chuck) Leshikar, Jr., (Texas,1946-2020), Vietnam, U.S. Army Lt. ,“Delta Raiders,” D Company, 2nd Battalion, 501st Airborne Infantry Regiment, later Echo Company commander, Silver Star, three Bronze Stars, Soldiers Medal, Purple Heart.
