English brass-bound writing slope/ travel desk, late 19th c., the large rectangular case with central vacant cartouche, having brass-mounted corners and straps, interior gilt embossed leather writing surface with anthemion and foliate scrollwork, over open storage, two inkwells, covered and open cubbies and pen storage, retaining side carry handles, approx 7"h, 19.75"w, 10.25"d, 14.5lbs
