Modernist sterling silver concho belt, Frank Patania Sr. (Sicilian-American, born Messina, Italy, active in New Mexico, 1899-1964), eight adjustable foliated x-form conchos, on a 2"w black leather belt, buckle hallmarked FP sterling with Thunderbird shop mark, buckle: approx 2.25"l, 2"w, conchos: approx 2 1/8"l, 2 7/8"w, belt: approx 30"l to 37"l, 371 grams (inclusive of all materials) Provenance: The family of Alfred A.
