(lot of 5) American political memorabilia, various materials and historical significance, including: (1) patinated metal bust, Abraham Lincoln, signed CM reverse, in a copper-painted finish, on round wood base; (1) cast plaster bust, Erastus "Deaf" Smith (Texas 1787-1837, a participant as a scout in the Texas revolution and brought word of the fate of the Alamo to Sam Houston; (1) post World War II souvenir table box, parquetry trim, central plaque of the United States Capitol building, stamped underside Made in Japan in English and Kanji script; (1) cast iron hot plate, with Deo Vindice seal of the Confederate States of America; (1) commemorative silverplate paperweight, Republican National Convention, San Francisco, 1964, Shreve & Company, maker mark underside; largest: approx. 14"h, 7"w, 5.25"d, 13lbs total
