U.S. WWI Era Uniform and Accoutrements, likely assembled, some items used in early WWII era, all mounted on a mannequin and not examined off the mannequin, clothing includes Pattern 1911 Hat size 7.1/8" with faded dark Cavalry cord, Model 1916 wool OD Pull Over three button shirt having two pockets with buttoned flaps, elbow patches, buttons at cuffs, wool OD trousers, many moth holes, belt loops, two pockets front and back, watch pocket, 5 zinc button fly, each ankle with 4 buttons for expansion, accoutrements include Model 1917 ten pouch waist belt reissued for WWII with 5 pockets holding M1 Rifle 8 round clips, one pocket covered by the handle of a Model 1917 Bolo Knife housed in the attached scabbard, the knife with a 10.3/8" black finish blade marked at the right ricasso "U.S. Mod. 1917", the left ricasso marked "Plumb, Phila. 1918, the scabbard marked at the tip "Brauer Bros. 1918", a M1915 canteen with chained cap, a back pack marked "Canvas Products Co. 1918" with a mess kit marked "L.F. & Co, 1918" within a bag and housed at the back pack interior, a M1910 Entrenchment Tool, the shovel marked "U.S", and "1943", the shovel canvas cover is marked "U.S. and "1943", and a Model 1910 bayonet, the 16" blade marked at the right ricasso "U.S." and "298279", marked at the left ricasso "R.I.A., ordnance mark, 1917", housed in a leather scabbard, for shipping hat approx. 5.25" x 13.75" x 12.75", mannequin with equipment 47" x 17" x 11", total of all approx. 21.45lbs Provenance: Collection of T'Odon Charles (Chuck) Leshikar, Jr., (Texas,1946-2020), Vietnam, U.S. Army Lt. ,“Delta Raiders,” D Company, 2nd Battalion, 501st Airborne Infantry Regiment, later Echo Company commander, Silver Star, three Bronze Stars, Soldiers Medal, Purple Heart.
