(lot of 2) Daggers: (1) Dagger, a 6.25" blade marked at the ricasso, the makers name is worn and mostly obscured, possibly Sanson or Manson, and appears over "Sheffield", a brass guard, the handle appears to be black horn and has four pins, the inset name plate is unmarked, on the handle above the name plate are three joined circles likely etched by an owner, one side of the blade tang between the scales is stamped "1864" and has etched three joined circles, dagger overall 10.5"l; (1) Dagger, a 4 1/8" blade with ricasso markings appearing as Islamic, a brass guard, the handle with floral engraving and marked "Sterling Handle", housed in a torn leather scabbard, overall 8.25"l, for shipping total of both .65lbs
