French Renaissance Revival carved oak four-poster/ tester bed, 19th c., having stepped cornice hung with red fabric canopy apron, accented by ribbon applique, the headboard with openwork scrolling foliate crest centering putti mask, spiral twist supports framing the head and foot boards with carved fruit motifs in relief, the side rails with scrolled grotesque mask corbels, rising on bulbous frontal supports, ending on front paw feet, exterior: approx 95.5"h, 76.75"l, 48.25"w, interior: approx 68"l, 42"w
