French Napoleon III period cave a liqueur/ tantalus set, late 19th c., hinged case finished in amboyna burlwood veneers, with shell inlay and banded trim, opening to removable cradle fitted with (four) etched crystal decanters with stoppers and (five) matched cordials, rising on bun feet, overall lifting and loss to inlay and trim, approx 10.75"h, 12.5"w, 9.5"d, 10.25lbs Provenance: From the Byram Family's Above Stratford Mansion. John Byram, a prominent Austin-based real estate developer, and his late wife Sally Byram curated this French Provincial style estate with the help of notable architects and interior designers. The home has remained untouched since Sally's untimely passing in 2006, serving as a testament to her taste for sophistication and craftsmanship
