Remington 'Argentino' Model 1879 Rolling Block Rifle, .43 caliber, 36" barrel, blade front sight, bayonet mount between muzzle and stock, ram rod, three barrel bands, adjustable rear sight, the octagonal Nocks Form marked "Modelo Argentino 1879 E.N.", the upper receiver tang with three lines including Remington address and patent dates, somewhat hard to read, walnut stock with two sling swivels, the butt stock with stamped "R" in front of the metal butt plate tang, stock with light scratching and light dings, metal with light scratching, action good, bore is bright with strong rifling, NSN, ANTIQUE
