Edgar Hoover, multiple scene photos may be included, for shipping 3.10lbs *Provenance: Photos from his personal collection and most taken by Wesley Byron Howland (New York,1907-1958), a photographer employed by Harris & Ewing News Service and the Washington Times-Herald, Washington D.C. until his 1940 enlistment in the U.S. Marine Corps.
