Daggett, 100th birthday, oldest living officer, one showing four vets on parade on Pennsylvania Avenue as was done in 1865 celebrating the end of the Civil War, one showing R.D. Parker, a drummer in 1865 and in this photo marching on Pennsylvania Avenue, one showing Oley Nelson, Commander in Chief of the GAR saluting the parading vets, one showing two vets, now doorkeepers for the U.S. House of Representatives, two showing a Civil War veteran with a child and giving a radio interview, on showing the funeral of General John L.
