Sedgley Model Lake Erie signal pistol, double action, the barrel marked "Lake Erie Chemical Co, Cleveland, OH", and "Pat. 1-13-31", the serial number is marked at the barrel underside on the two part barrel latch "86" and "2686", grips marked with an "S" inside the checkered diamond form. a 4.25" section of the 5.5" barrel is removable from its' housing, 1" bore, action is good, finish has rubs and scratches, for shipping 5" x 9" x 1.5", 1.125lbs (213) *Provenance: Collection of Billy Wayne Dickey, USN, (Texas, 1936-2022)
