Van Karner Signal Pistol, marked at the left frame "VK M-12, Van Karner Chemical Arms Corp. New York, N.Y., the c. 1945, the left grip marked "Patented", the right frame with "VK centered in an ordnance bomb", "PT over the right grip, "A341 on right grip, the right barrel lug and interior right frame marked "442", mostly brass with steel hammer, a top break 8" long 37mm barrel, finger grooved trigger at grip, lanyard ring with rope lanyard, for shipping 7.5" x 12" x 2", 4.40lbs (46) *Provenance: Collection of Billy Wayne Dickey, USN, (1936-2022)
