Chinese carved hardwood cabinet, pair of cabinet doors mounted with serpentine hardstone dragons woven through auspicious clouds, on chased brass strap hinges, enclosing open interior storage, false bottom with pierced lucky coin revealing additional storage, lower panel depicting dragons dueling for a flaming pearl, side panels with various auspicious motifs amongst scrollwork including bi disc, bats, and Buddhist wan, on straight supports, approx 91.25"h, 36"w, 18.25"d Note: matching cabinet lacking upper cabinet and set of six wall panels offered in this auction Provenance: the curated collection of a long-time Austin, Texas designer
