U.S. M1 Garand Rifle, semi-automatic, .30 caliber, mfg. 1954 by Harrington & Richardson Arms, 24" barrel, blade front sight flanked at two sides by ears, gas tube with bayonet lug, front stacking swivel, barrel marked at open right rear hand guard "H.R.A. D6535448 7-54 RS34 and Dept of Defense cartouche, parkerized receiver, the bolt marked "6528287 HRA -U-, marked on the rear receiver on four lines U.S. Rifle, Cal 30 M1, H&R Arms Co, serial number", metal butt plate with now empty storage, the hardwood stock stamped at left below the rear receiver with Dept. of Defense cartouche, "P" within circle behind trigger guard, "88" rack number at underside, "108" stamped at left next to butt plate, two sling loops with OD green sling marked "MRT" (mildew resistant treatment) over "Feb 1953", wood with light scratching and dents, metal light scratches, action is good, bore is bright with good rifling, rifle comes with operating manual and 8 round clip, SN 4796026 *REQUIRES FFL TRANSFER*
