(lot of 22) French library shelf books, various periodicals, theater, and historical subjects, each with leather binding, marbleized cover or end pages, raised spine bands, and cloth bookmarks, some custom-bound, highlights include: (5) "Lectures pour Tous (Readings for All)" magazine, compilations from 1906-1909, published by Hachette, Paris; (4) "Histoire De La France Contemporaine 1871-1900 (History of Contemporary France 1871-1900)," published by Ancienne Librairie Furne, Paris, 1880, volumes I-IV; largest: approx 11.5"h, 7.75"w, 2.25"d, 103lbs total PLEASE NOTE: All of the antique library shelf books in this auction are inherently fragile.
