(lot of 8) Talavera tin-glazed polychrome dinner plates, Puebla, Mexico, each decorated with polychrome flowers and cobalt foliate designs, signed underfoot, approx 10.5"diam, 13.75lbs total Provenance: The lifetime collection of Lynn Roth Jordan (Louisiana, Texas, 1943-2021). As an active member of the Austin Antiques Club for many years, Lynn was deeply embedded in the antiques community here in Austin. Her New Orleans upbringing in a family of collectors (many of the pieces come from her mother's estate), combined with her frequent trips to England, gave her a unique understanding of provenance, quality, and historical significance.
