(lot of 4) Colt Model 1911A1 Pistol, .45 caliber, mfg.1943, 5" barrel, ramp blade front sight, installed Triangle HEG adjustable rear sight, "WB" inspection mark on left frame beneath the slide stop, marked at the right frame "United States Property" over the serial number and "M1911A1 U.S. Army", marked at the barrel bushing "7267718 over N and M" indicating a post war National Match bushing, left thumb safety, safety grip, checkered brown grips, frame is now pebbled below trigger guard, detachable 7 round magazine, lanyard loop, metal with light pitting and scratching particularly behind grips, finish loss on slide edges, action is good, bore bright with good rifling, lacks lower screw on right grip, SN 801518; offered together with (1) "War Department Basic Field Manual, Automatic Pistol, Caliber .45, M1911 and M1911A1", Government Printing Office, 1940, illustrations including soldiers on horseback, manual with spine tears is approx. 7.5" x 4.5"; (1) very worn brown leather Colt Model 1912 holster with missing parts; (1) spare magazine *REQUIRES FFL TRANSFER*
