Miniature Georgian mahogany chest of drawers, early 19th c., possibly an apprentice piece, molded and stepped cornice, above the parquetry frieze, two short drawers and three long graduated drawers to the upper section, flanked by canted angles with inlaid fluting, the base with three graduated drawers, likely lacking feet, approx 15.25"h, 12.5"w, 6"d, 6.25lbs Provenance: From a fine Austin estate. Purchased at Tom Kaye Antiques, San Francisco, California in 1985
