(lot of 2) English Staffordshire pearlware mantle figures, 19th c., each depicting a dairy cow with farmer, blossoming bocage rising on naturalistic base, (one) with seated milk maid, intact with professional restoration to cow's ear, (one) with standing male figure, intact with professional restoration to figure's hand and staff, cow's horns, and cow's front legs, each: approx 6.75"h, 5.5"w, 2.75"d, 2.25lbs total Provenance: The estate and interior design collection of Gay Ratliff (Martha Gay Kokernot Ratliff, Austin, Texas, 1942-2023) PLEASE NOTE: Earthenware pottery pieces are inherently fragile.
