Large Italian polychrome tin-glazed earthenware footed jar/ pedestal bowl, 20th c., having cover with lemon-shaped finial, above dual arched handles and tapered body, decorated with scrolled foliates and lemon motifs, rising on waisted stem and flared foot, unmarked, approx 15"h, 13"w, 10.5"d, 9.75lbs Provenance: The estate and interior design collection of Gay Ratliff (Martha Gay Kokernot Ratliff, Austin, Texas, 1942-2023) PLEASE NOTE: Earthenware pottery pieces are inherently fragile.
