French Provincial pine wedding armoire, 19th c., arched crest with pair of lovebirds perched on crossed torch and quiver of arrows, over dual cabinet doors on long exterior brass hinges, with running ornamentation consisting of floral spray and ribbon trim, central roundels encasing foliate scrollwork, opening to interior shelving, rising on short cabriole legs ending on whorl feet, approx 94.25"h, 57.5"w, 21.5"d Provenance: From the Byram Family's Above Stratford Mansion. John Byram, a prominent Austin-based real estate developer, and his late wife Sally Byram curated this French Provincial style estate with the help of notable architects and interior designers. The home has remained untouched since Sally's untimely passing in 2006, serving as a testament to her taste for sophistication and craftsmanship
