Rudin, 21st c., each in green velvet upholstery, with skirted base, some overall wear, fading and staining to upholstery, including: (2) "No. 494" lounge chairs, each having rolled back and arms, removable seat cushion and down-filled back cushion, rising on concealed block feet, maker's tag under seat cushion, approx 31.5"h, 38"w, 37"d, seat height: approx 20"h; (2) ottomans/ footstools, rising on castors, approx 17"h, 35"w, 23"d Provenance: From the Byram Family's Above Stratford Mansion. John Byram, a prominent Austin-based real estate developer, and his late wife Sally Byram curated this French Provincial style estate with the help of notable architects and interior designers. The home has remained untouched since Sally's untimely passing in 2006, serving as a testament to her taste for sophistication and craftsmanship
