Custom upholstered "Serenade" sofa, Kravet Furniture, 21st c., in Baroque patterned silk damask upholstery, with rolled back and arms, removable down and polyester-filled back and seat cushions, gold metallic fringe concealing skirted base, maker's tag under seat, typical light staining commensurate with use, approx 35"h, 84"w, 36"d, seat height: approx 19"h Note: one of a pair offered in this auction Provenance: From the Byram Family's Above Stratford Mansion. John Byram, a prominent Austin-based real estate developer, and his late wife Sally Byram curated this French Provincial style estate with the help of notable architects and interior designers. The home has remained untouched since Sally's untimely passing in 2006, serving as a testament to her taste for sophistication and craftsmanship
