(lot of 2) Large Chinese Canton rose porcelain vases, a near pair, each of baluster form with gilt handles, enameled reserves depicting figural interior scenes, birds, butterflies, and rose medallions, on scrolled ground, one intact with restoration to rim, largest: approx 24.5"h, 9"diam, 33lbs total Provenance: From the Byram Family's Above Stratford Mansion. John Byram, a prominent Austin-based real estate developer, and his late wife Sally Byram curated this French Provincial style estate with the help of notable architects and interior designers. The home has remained untouched since Sally's untimely passing in 2006, serving as a testament to her taste for sophistication and craftsmanship
