(lot of 2) Chinese export Canton famille rose porcelain bough pots/ tulip vases, each with reserves depicting figural court life scenes, lacking covers, including: (1) tapered square form, framed by gilt foliate handles, parcel gilt ground with butterflies and floral blossoms, retaining Lockson Heritage Collection underfoot, approx 8.25"h, 8.25"w, 6.75"d; (1) tapered octagonal form, with applied peaches and foliates in relief, flanked by parcel gilt twisted handles, approx 8.25"h, 8"w, 7.5"d; 10lbs total Provenance: From the Byram Family's Above Stratford Mansion. John Byram, a prominent Austin-based real estate developer, and his late wife Sally Byram curated this French Provincial style estate with the help of notable architects and interior designers. The home has remained untouched since Sally's untimely passing in 2006, serving as a testament to her taste for sophistication and craftsmanship
