Civil War era sword, no maker's markings, the 35" slightly curved blade with unstopped shallow fuller, the blade silver gray with black spotting, three branch guard with the outer branch rising above the other two, leather wrapped handle with single strand wire, an oval pommel cap, the scabbard is black finish over steel with brass carry rings and brass drag, sword is 40.75"l, sword and sword with scabbard approx. 42.5"l, 3.75lbs
