(lot of 134) Photos featuring mostly U.S. Government buildings in Washington, D.C. many newly build or being improved including the Supreme Court, Federal Reserve, and others, c. 1937, most are 8" x 10" with attached identification, multiple scene photos may be included, for shipping 2.95lbs *Provenance: Photos from his personal collection and most taken by Wesley Byron Howland (New York,1907-1958), a photographer employed by Harris & Ewing News Service and the Washington Times-Herald, Washington D.C. until his 1940 enlistment in the U.S. Marine Corps.
