Contemporary studio art glass vase, Martie Negri (American, b. 1957), having small mouth, over cylindrical form with lightly tapered lower body, colorless ground with close-packed pink, white, and purple murrine flowers on colorless ground, surrounded by pulled feather foliage with green aventurine accents, and a neutral tri-color area of marbling at the upper body, etched initals MJ (Martie Jane [Negri]) underfoot, approx 15"h, 5.75"diam, 6.3lbs Provenance: From the estate of Carl Carter (Texas, 1955-2023)
