Contemporary studio art glass vase, attributed to Martie Negri (American, b. 1957), apparently unsigned, having a tapered form, decorated with close-packed complex murrine in the form of peonies, sunflowers, and various blue, green, red, and purple flowers, packed with white palm fronds and green pulled feather leaves woven with subtle green aventurine accents, on colorless ground, intrinsic surface air bubble pinholes, approx 7 7/8"h, 5.5"diam, 3.3lbs Provenance: From the estate of Carl Carter (Texas, 1955-2023)
