"The Factory" (Die Fabrik) model magic lantern, by Georges Caretta & Company, c.1895, appearing in very good condition with strong colorful paint, the Caretta logo above the lens, unmarked burner (not known if original to lantern), marbelized base, approx 15.25"h, 10;75"w, 6.5"d, 2lbs Provenance: Collection of Sam Westfall, Texas, Kansas including a huge quantity of antique cameras, magic lanterns, related advertising and many parts and pieces.
