Biunial magic lantern, first quarter 20th c., no maker tag, electrified, each of the two sections with two brass handrails, hinged doors at two sides with brass cased glass viewing ports, each section with an internal light fixture having a bulb and socket, the lens length extends approx.10.5" from the lens plate when fully open and closes to approx. 6.3/8", metal top with chimney, all set on wood base, overall approx. 27"h, 20.75"w, 10.5"d, 42lbs Provenance: Collection of Sam Westfall, Texas, Kansas including a huge quantity of antique cameras, magic lanterns, related advertising and many parts and pieces.
