Lot description
Horstmann Model 1850 Cavalry Sword, the 32" curved blade marked at the left ricasso "Horstmann Bros. Co., at marked at the opposite ricasso "New York", a brass two branch guard, wire wrapped leather handle an oval button pommel, overall approx. 38.75"l, housed in a gray steel scabbard with finish loss, sword blade with some dark spots and no apparent nicks, handle with wood showing in some places, overall with scabbard 38.75"l
