British Signal Pistol, No. 1,Mark IV, marked at the left frame with faint outline of a square and "23300", and repeated at left barrel side together with "BE" (I.L. Berridge & Co) and five point star, the barrel top with five point star, the right frame with white painted "square over 8", zinc, 6" barrel with flared muzzle, barrel opens with thumb leer at left. wood grips, action good, for shipping 5.5" x 10.5" x 2", 2.30lbs (71) *Provenance: Collection of Billy Wayne Dickey, USN, (Texas, 1936-2022)
