French Signa Gun, the octagonal/round barrel marked marked at the top flat "a double end arrow in oval, Modele 1917 Depose", at the left flat "Chobert, St. Etienne", at the right flat "25. Rue De La Republique", serial number "C256" at underside of frame, left frame under barrel marked "95 and small inspection mark", marked "P" at left butt frame under grip, push button under frame open the 5.25" barrel, 1.5" bore, aluminum and steel, checkered wood grips, lanyard ring, for shipping 6" x 10" x 2", 3.05lbs (151) Provenance: Collection of Billy Wayne Dickey, USN, (Texas, 1936-2022)
