Large French figural mantel clock, late 19th c., patinated metal figure of a 17th century playwright accompanied by an ancient Greek theatrical mask, possibly depicting Moliere (Jean-Baptiste Poquelin, French, c.1622-1673), over the black slate case, dial with incised and gilt Roman numerals, framed by patinated metal caryatids, time-and-strike movement marked CB, stepped plinth, on bracket feet, lacking pendulum and key, approx 30.75"h, 16"w, 7.75"d Start Price: $300.00
