(pair) French Louis XV style carved walnut bergeres/ armchairs, late 19th c., each with shell crest and scrolled top rail, padded back and seat in a later floral jacquard upholstery, with nail-head trim, rising on cabriole legs headed by acanthus, ending on whorl feet, (one) leg intact with stapled reinforcement at joinery, approx 28.5"h, 24"w, 19.5"d, seat height: approx 18"h
