Japanese Nishijin-ori silk brocade maru obi or kimono belt, patterned with various birds including phoenix and cranes amongst metallic-threaded fans with abundant floral motifs, approx 151"l, 12.5"w, 3.25lbs Provenance: Treasures from the vaults of a Dallas designer PLEASE NOTE: All of the textiles in this auction would likely benefit from a professional cleaning. Though we do not currently observe any major tears or losses, most are likely to have some staining, missing trim, and evidence of wear.
